Refunds & Exchanges
If you order something that doesn't fit or doesn't quite suit you as you'd hoped, don't worry! We've got you covered. You can simply return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a refund, or within 15 days for exchange/credit, as long as all original tags are attached and the garment(s) is in an unworn condition.
You can return the item(s), by shipping them back to us. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Clearance/marked down merchandise is final sale. The buyer assumes responsibility for the return postage. Please contact us to initiate a return or for more information and our postal address before sending items. Once you have received your return authorization you have 7 days to return item and send the tracking number along with carrier to our email address. If you are returning something from the United States, you must mark the item on the customs form as "Returned Merchandise" AND send the parcel via USPS, otherwise, customs will be levied and the package will be returned to you. Please purchase insurance, we are not responsible for lost packages.
Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment. We do not refund duties/taxes from other countries, as we do not collect them. Those would be refunded by the appropriate Customs office in your country. If the item(s) received or altered or damaged we will return the items to the billing address. Undergarments such as panties, lingerie, body shapers, swimsuits and bras are a final sale. All other returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the panty protective strip intact. No refund will be issued for products that do not meet these criteria.
