Shipping & Handling
After your order has been received it takes 3-4 business days for the package and full ship, once your item is shipped you will be emailed a conformation contain your E pack, FedEx or Canada Post tracking number or in order for you to track your shipment. Please allow 5 - 26 days to receive your package. If you need expedited service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
Once your package is with our courier we cannot change or alter your original address or accommodate shipping hours to match your availability.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tariffs after the package has been accepted there. We are not responsible for these additional costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Voluptuousclothing.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available in a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the carrier service chosen by the customer . Voluptuous does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 16-28 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We offer Fed Ex & Canada Post to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
